Acceptance of Terms of Use
By visiting, browsing, this or any affiliated website or portal published by Titan Innovations Ltd, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries (severally and collectively, “Titan Innovations Ltd” and “Website”) you or your representatives (i.e., “you”) accept, without limitation or qualification, these Terms of Use (Terms) and you further agree, without limitation, to the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, do not use our services or visit our Websites. Acceptance of these Terms constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and Titan Innovations Ltd.
- Titan Innovations Ltd is pleased to serve you any of her services and products. In this document, an abbreviation “TiL” shall be used to refer to Titan Innovations Ltd and thus the meaning wherever encountered. Term “We, our” shall also refer to Titan Innovations Ltd whereas terms “Customer, you” shall refer to any consumer of the products or services of Titan Innovations Ltd.
- Having used any service or product of TiL, a customer qualifies for TiL loyalty rewards. This however applies to customers who fully pay all their fees as agreed. TiL reserves the right to select which item to reward which customer as per conditions and environment rendered to employees of TiL during her time of service to a Customer.
- TiL has exclusive rights to use pictures and videos of her products and services for marketing purposes only. These can be recorded at our premises or that of a customer during or after installation.
- TiL warranty agreement is given to all customers and shall only apply where evidence of our product failure is established. Product failures due to improper use of the products is and shall not be covered.
Changes to Terms
TiL may revise these Terms of use at any time. Because your use of any TiL Website binds you to these terms and such revisions, you should periodically visit this page to review the most recent and current Terms, thoroughly reviewing the terms and conditions to which you are bound. Your use of any Website after such changes means you agree to such Terms and TiL’s Privacy Policy as posted at that time.
Limitations of Use

TiL reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website if TiL determines you are not complying with these Terms or if you provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information during any registration process. TiL may also terminate your access to the Website if you engage in any conduct that would otherwise harm any TiL right or interest in its Website, services, or any other property, or for any reason whatsoever, without prior notice to you.
